Chantelle is the Practice Manager at Integrated Specialist Medical Care, where she supports a dedicated team of specialists and helps ensure that every patient feels informed, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step of their journey. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the practice and is passionate about creating an environment where both patients and staff feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Chantelle began her career in corporate finance before taking time to raise her three children — a chapter that shaped her deep sense of empathy, patience, and care for others. She later transitioned into healthcare as a medical receptionist, where she discovered a love for supporting people through often complex and emotional moments. With her natural warmth, strong communication skills, and steady problem-solving approach, she grew into the Practice Manager role, with a focus on clear systems, gentle leadership, and strong teamwork. Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys reading, quiet walks, and finding joy in the simple, meaningful moments of everyday life. Family and friends sit at the heart of everything she does, and that same care and consideration flows into the way she supports her team and her patients.
